Job description

The Multifamily Training & Implementation Specialist is responsible for teaching our multifamily teams how to successfully use our technology and operational solutions, and for guiding those solutions from deployment through full adoption. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including Property Management, Asset Management, Accounting, 3rd Parties and the Executive Team to ensure solutions are properly configured, teams are confidently trained, and adoption sticks for the long run.

What we’re really looking for: Someone who understands multifamily property operations, is comfortable with technology and genuinely enjoys teaching others. This is not a software development or IT role, no coding or programming experience is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Training & Enablement (Primary Focus)
  • Design and deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions for property managers, leasing staff, regional teams, and other multifamily personnel on new software and processes.
  • Build clear, easy-to-follow training materials, quick-reference guides, and how-to documentation suited to varying levels of technical comfort.
  • Adapt training style, pace, and format to fit different learning styles and levels of experience from tech-savvy staff to those newer to software tools.
  • Track training completion and software adoption, and follow up with additional coaching or refresher sessions where needed.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and use it to continuously improve training content, delivery, and materials.
Implementation Planning & Project Management
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies based on operational needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and internal teams to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage implementation projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation process.
Technical Configuration & Solution Support
  • Support system configuration and deployment to ensure the software is set up correctly.
  • Partner with teams and internal technical staff to identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation.
  • Provide practical guidance and recommendations, translating technical detail into plain language for teams.
Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Continuously evaluate and improve implementation and training processes, workflows, and playbooks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline implementation activities and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable training and implementation processes that can be applied across similar multifamily projects.
  • Identify potential implementation or adoption risks early in the process.
  • Develop proactive solutions to minimize delays, disruptions, or operational issues.
  • Monitor project progress and serve as an escalation point for training or implementation challenges.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the multifamily housing, property management, or real estate industry (in any capacity - leasing, property management, regional operations, etc.).
  • Experience training, teaching, coaching, or presenting to others, in any professional setting.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology, and able to explain it clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Patient, personable teaching style with the ability to adapt to different learners and comfort levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions, timelines, and priorities.
  • Solid problem-solving skills for working through client questions and implementation issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with property management or multifamily software platforms.
What Success Looks Like

This position plays an important role in bridging the gap between technology and real-world multifamily operations, helping improve operational efficiency, enhance the resident experience, and support long-term property management goals.
