Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, valid driver's license, and EPA/HVAC certifications or a willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of apartment maintenance/repair experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Maintain common areas and grounds.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Report issues to the Service Manager and organize inventory.
