Kairoi Residential in Richardson, TX is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our multifamily community. Respond to resident requests, prepare vacants, and assist with maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

The role requires problem-solving, strong customer service, on-call readiness, and ability to work independently or with a team; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Formación

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required or willingness to obtain them.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Customer service-focused with positive resident experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve resident issues.
• Communicate progress and estimated completion times to residents.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
• Maintain appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Inspect the property for safety concerns and report issues.
• Organize and inventory maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call emergencies.
