Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the community's sales, leasing, and resident retention strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee onsite sales performance, CRM utilization, outreach initiatives, lease renewals, and the overall guest experience.

The role requires coaching Sales Consultants, developing monthly objectives, and building strategic marketing plans to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in sales, leasing, senior living, or related customer-facing sales experience.
• Prior leadership experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals is preferred.
• Demonstrated success achieving occupancy, revenue, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite Sales Consultants to achieve occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor CRM activity, response times, appointments, and pipeline performance.
• Plan outreach strategies with local businesses and community partners to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee renewal letters and programs to ensure timely lease renewals and high resident satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze sales and occupancy reports and drive data-driven improvements.
