Job summary

Royal American Companies seeks a seasoned Community Manager to oversee a 34-unit property, ensuring excellent service and occupancy levels. You will mentor staff, optimize operations, and manage relationships with residents and vendors.

Requires HUD experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver’s license. This role is multi-site with upcoming property takeover and active budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• HUD experience preferred and bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and drive resident satisfaction.
• Supervise and train community associates to ensure quality service.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets with Regional/Area Manager.
• Screen and select prospective residents in compliance with program laws and policies.
