Siegel Group Nevada invites an experienced Renovations Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation, rehab, and capex across properties nationwide. You will drive scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management in multifamily or residential assets preferred.
• Experience leading rehab and capital improvement projects from planning to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety.
• Experience managing bids, contracts, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate administration.
• Manage daily construction activities, sub trades, and material procurement.
• Review drawings and specs to resolve conflicts and ensure as-designed work.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and forecast variances; adjust as needed.
• Track schedules, milestones, and implement recovery plans when late.
