Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising Class C construction projects of increasing complexity.

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Oversee daily construction and repair activities at all sites including scheduling personnel and subcontractors, delivery of materials, and project progress.
• Select and coordinate work of subcontractors across phases, overseeing performance.
• Meet budget control and profit objectives of multiple projects.
• Interface with senior management on progress and report status weekly.
