The role involves frequent travel (80–90%) to properties across the central United States, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and operations teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in multifamily or residential renovations.
• Experience managing rehab or capital improvements from planning to closeout.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Review drawings, engineering plans, specs and RFIs to ensure design conformance.
• Coordinate contracts and manage contractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Track costs, change orders, commitments, and forecasts.
