Job summary

The Siegel Group is expanding its Renovations Project Manager team in Las Vegas to lead multifamily renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects across properties you’ll visit regularly. Qualifications

• Five years of construction project management experience, preferably multifamily or occupied renovations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
• Experience developing scopes of work, reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit and review contractor proposals, and coordinate contracts.
• Manage daily construction activities, site access, inspections, and progress.
• Track costs, invoices, change orders, and forecasts; address variances.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance; maintain documentation.
