Job summary

Siegel Group Nevada is seeking a Renovations Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects from due diligence through closeout. The role requires coordinating with operations, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and regulators while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in construction project management, a strong grasp of plans and codes, and experience with Procore or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of construction project management experience, preferably multifamily or occupied renovations.
• Experience managing rehabilitation, renovation, or capital improvement projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, plans, permitting, codes, and safety requirements.
• Experience developing scopes of work, reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Develop detailed scopes of work, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Prepare and distribute bid packages; solicit, review, and compare contractor and vendor proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, select contractors, and coordinate contracts.
• Oversee daily construction activities, subcontractor scheduling, material procurement, site access, inspections, and progress.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify conflicts and ensure work is as designed.
• Track costs, commitments, invoices, change orders, contingencies, and forecasts; address variances.
