Job summary

This role coordinates workers, materials and equipment, ensuring work proceeds on schedule and within budget with extensive travel up to 80-90%.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, subcontractor oversight, budget control, progress reporting to senior management, and ensuring quality and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising Class C construction projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.
• Ability to manage projects to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Oversee the daily construction and repair activities at all work sites, including scheduling of personnel and sub-contractors and progress.
• Select and coordinate work of subcontractors, overseeing performance.
• Meet budget control and profit objectives of multiple projects.
• Assume project responsibility and authority across all functions from contracts to completions.
• Interface and communicate with senior management on progress and reporting status weekly.
• Approve and manage all site work estimates and sub-contract change orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
