Job summary

THS National, LLC. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily renovations based at our Apex, NC office.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and contract terms, while fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should have 4+ years of construction PM experience in multifamily projects, strong scheduling and submittal management skills, proficiency with MS Project or

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM Experience.
• Previous multifamily project experience.
• Experience managing Submittals & Commitments and schedules.
• Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, Procore, etc).
• Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
• Availability for minimal travel on a monthly basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project specific and client driven expectations, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions.
• Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure scope and deliverables are understood.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
• Guide client and team through planning, execution, and project close out.
• Prepare Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Orders; manage vendor selection and budget.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee construction progress and provide timeline and progress reports.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the project.
• Develop detailed project budget based on data and assumptions.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and report to client and subcontractors.
• Manage performance against schedules and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
