Job summary

THS National is seeking a Construction Project Manager for hybrid roles in the Atlanta area or Raleigh area. The role focuses on multifamily and hospitality renovations, with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

The PM will plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities while managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships. You will lead the project team from planning to completion, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and drive project

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM experience.
• 4+ years of multifamily experience.
• Hospitality renovations experience preferred.
• Experience managing multifamily projects of $3+ million.
• Experience with submittals & commitments and related schedules.
• Strong PM software experience (MS Project, Procore).
• Willingness to travel monthly.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific schedules and budgets.
• Build rapport with clients and stakeholders to define deliverables.
• Lead projects from planning through completion and closeout.
• Prepare Subcontractor Scopes of Work and Purchase Orders.
• Facilitate project meetings and monthly KPI reviews.
• Travel to assigned projects for monthly draw walks.
