Job summary

MissionHires is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, NC, to lead $10M+ commercial and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Commercial & Industrial or Multifamily construction, a background with General Contractors, and hands-on contract management skills. This role involves managing projects from planning to close-out, coordinating teams, and using Procore or similar software effectively.

The responsibilities include oversight of project lifecycle activities, documentation accuracy, and effective communication across all stakeholders within the Triangle area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in C&I or Multifamily construction.
• Proven experience with General Contractors.
• Hands-on experience managing RFIs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage $10M+ commercial and multifamily projects from start through close‑out.
• Own contract writing, buyouts, and vendor/subcontractor administration.
• Monitor project risks, quality, and safety in alignment with GC standards.

Skills

Commercial & Industrial (C&I) construction experience

Project management software proficiency (Procore)

Contract writing and buyout management

Ability to read and interpret construction plans
