THS National, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and financial oversight of multifamily renovation projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver quality results on time and within contract terms.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in construction PM, multifamily experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Procore. Travel is minimal; a Bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM Experience.
• Previous multifamily project experience.
• Experience managing Submittals & Commitments with schedules.
• Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, Procore).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and good driving record.
• Availability for minimal travel on a monthly basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific and client-driven expectations, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions.
• Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure scope clarity and deliverables.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
• Guide client and team through planning, execution, and close-out stages.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders; manage vendor selection and budget.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee progress and provide reports on timeline and budget adjustments.
• Primary client contact throughout the project duration.
• Develop detailed project budgets and master schedules; report progress to client and subs.
• Manage performance against schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
