Job summary

THS National LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation and revitalization projects in Raleigh, NC. You will plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and strengthen client relationships while guiding teams through project milestones and closeout.

The role requires 4+ years in construction management, experience with submittals/commitments, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors and vendors across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM experience.
• Multifamily project experience preferred.
• Experience managing Submittals & Commitments with schedules.
• Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, Procore, etc).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and good driving record.
• Availability for minimal travel on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project specific budgets, schedules, and strategies with clear assumptions.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Orders and manage vendor selection.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate internal and external teams for timely delivery.
