Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Raleigh, NC. The role will report to the Vice President of Construction and drive on-site project execution with subcontractors and internal teams.

You will partner with the Construction Executive on proposals, contracts, and coordination with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling to ensure on-time, safe project delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
