Job summary

Apex Multifamily Builders in Austin seeks an experienced Project Manager for commercial new construction, TI Buildout and renovations of apartment complexes. You will lead, coordinate, implement, and oversee diverse renovation projects, leveraging an established subcontractor base to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, progress reporting, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in project management for commercial construction and renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Allocate resources, oversee planning and implementation of projects.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure profitability.
• Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure quality control.
