Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Multifamily (Floating) in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on maintaining communities to market-ready standards, delivering high service levels, and leading a high-performing on-site team.

The position supports the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, including maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and reporting, while driving tenant satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, reporting, and supervision.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Assist with tracking advertising and client traffic.
• Support on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Maintain residents' files and a positive living environment.
• Support leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
