Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee operations at a on-site community in Philadelphia. You will manage maintenance, leasing, budgeting, reporting, and staff leadership while ensuring high service levels for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities include lease administration, on-time renewal processing, and coordinating marketing and leasing goals with the team. The role requires 3+ years in property management and a real estate license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor on-site team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Ensure lease/renewal paperwork complies with company standards.
• Manage community budget and finances and coordinate marketing with leasing staff.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Maintain resident files and ensure a positive living environment.
