Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Property Manager for a multi-family community. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will oversee leasing, maintenance, budget planning, expense control, and rent collections while driving operational excellence.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, proficiency with Yardi Voyager 8, and strong communication skills to coordinate with residents, staff, and ownership. CPM/CAM designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience for 150+ units.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 housing authorities a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and budget analysis skills.
• Experience leading on-site teams and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including leasing and maintenance.
• Manage budget planning, expense control, and rent collection.
• Coordinate with leasing representatives to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and safety programs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and ownership.
