Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Community Manager to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of its community while maximizing resident experience. The role directs daily operations across leasing, maintenance, safety, and administration to meet financial and operational goals.

You will oversee on-site teams, coordinate revenues, and manage relationships with residents. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive performance and ensure compliance with property policies.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• MS Word/Excel and Google platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional, client-oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet annual goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze and produce monthly financial statements including variances and cash management.
