Socket.dev is seeking an experienced property management leader to drive planning, budgeting, and operational excellence across assets. You will oversee CAM processes, financial reporting, and vendor management while collaborating with acquisitions teams and internal auditors.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and in-depth knowledge of M&E systems and building services to optimize performance across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or finance or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property management and procurement.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and building services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance annually.
• Review CAM reconciliations and billing.
• Review monthly financial and operating reports.
• Identify initiatives for existing assets.
• Support acquisitions/dispositions teams as necessary.
• Ensure process and policy compliance and documentation.
• Oversee vendor contracts and management.
• Support internal audits as required.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to deliver asset strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform.
