Job summary

YMP REM is seeking a Property Manager to lead the business operations of a residential/commercial community. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budgeting, and rent collections while ensuring financial performance and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management, with experience in Section 8 processes and a customer-focused approach. This is an on-site position with a focus on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, including multifamily communities of 150+ units.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, with commensurate work experience also taken into account.
• Experience with Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher process and coordinating with Housing Authorities.
• Strong financial acumen including budget generation and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and oversee maintenance staff and vendors.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist leasing representatives with sales and marketing to maintain high occupancy.
• Read and interpret legal documents and contracts; enforce lease terms.
