You will lead maintenance, leasing, safety, and marketing efforts, manage budgets and cash flow, and maintain accurate records. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience.
• Proficient in property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Google tools.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent project leadership with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to protect and enhance community value.
• Direct day-to-day activities of maintenance, marketing, leasing, and safety.
• Develop income through leasing strategy and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease data.
• Coordinate revenue collection and invoicing.
• Lead on-site staff and leasing team.
• Manage resident relations and address repair requests.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
