Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ year of related leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced property office.

Responsibilities

• Tour property and generate interest by answering questions about amenities, community, and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting the quality of the community and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for a lease and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
• Other duties as assigned.
