Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Multifamily community in the U.S. Montana region. The role supports the Property Manager in operations, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.

The candidate will manage on-site staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive improvements in occupancy and financial performance. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years property management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, leases, reporting, and expenditures.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and profitability.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
