The role emphasizes high-level customer service, effective communication, and strong operations oversight in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with leasing staff to meet occupancy and revenue goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Ability to manage leasing, budgeting, reporting and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall operations.
• Ensure smooth community operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, leasing, renewals, and service contracts.
• Provide superior service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic; drive leasing goals.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff and maintain resident files.
• Maintain a positive living environment and resolve conflicts.
