You will assist the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and customer service to residents and prospects, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving renewals and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
