Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager for the multifamily sector in Frisco, TX. You will assist the Regional Property Manager with all building operations to keep the community market-ready and provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.

You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, coordinate leasing and marketing goals, and ensure policy adherence across the team, fostering a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building.
• Ensure the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
