Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Multifamily (Floating, Bilingual) to maintain our communities at market-ready standards and lead a high-performing on-site team. You will collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and resident services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication, office administration, and the ability to travel between properties.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
