Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing process, show units, conduct screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and conduct unit inspections.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff/contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of expenses, income, leasing activity, and work orders.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and safety hazards.
• Assist in enforcing policies and ensuring compliance with leases and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for bids and quality service.
