ONYX Multifamily Group in Tyler, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of The Finley and other properties. You will lead on-site teams, manage leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations, and drive strong resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has multifamily experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on compliant operations and financial success.

Formación

• Experience in multifamily property management is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and local housing laws.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more properties.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property performance reports and budgets.
• Manage rent collection, leases, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
