Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for Multifamily in Golden, CO. You will lead on-site teams, oversee maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and client services to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, handling leases, renewals, marketing initiatives, and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits.
• Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
• Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Driving revenues with understanding of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
• Leading by example.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the entire on‑site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
