CYM Living is seeking a Property Manager to oversee one or more multi-family apartment complexes in the Chicago area. You will lead on-site teams, manage leasing, and ensure timely collection of rents while maintaining high property standards.

The role requires at least 1+ year of property management experience, proficiency with Excel and AppFolio, and a flexible schedule with reliable transportation. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and mobile communication tools.
• 1+ years of property management experience, multi-site a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and have access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more multi-family apartment complexes.
• Manage day-to-day operations of properties and on-site team.
• Accountable for all income (rents) and expenses for buildings.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address work orders and tenant requests.
• Collect rents and administer collection procedures as needed.
• Ensure properties stay in excellent condition and pass audits.
