The Parallel is seeking a Property Manager for multifamily communities to drive performance and deliver market-ready results. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, oversee leasing, maintenance, and vendor relationships, and ensure exceptional resident service.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve renewals, occupancy goals, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and drive renewals and revenue.
• Develop and manage a high-performing on-site team including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Lead leasing/marketing goals with leasing staff.
