Job summary

KPM is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, managing resident relations, ensuring maintenance, supervising staff, and monitoring financial performance to boost resident satisfaction and property value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily management, a degree in Business/Real Estate, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Rent Manager and MS Office proficiency are preferred; CAM or CAPS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred.
• Bilingual communication with diverse resident communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Rent Manager Software.
• CAM or CAPS certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Supervise and train on-site staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, collections, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to optimize property profitability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective property upkeep.
• Resolve resident issues and foster a positive community environment.
