First Companies seeks a Multi-Family Property Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance of income properties, including multi-family and mixed-use assets. You will act as the primary liaison between owners, residents, and internal teams, ensuring efficiency, occupancy, and NOI targets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations with experience in property management and familiarity with AppFolio or similar software.

Formación

• Minimum four years of property management or facilities management experience.
• Fair Housing Certified required.
• Real Estate License preferred; CPM or ACOM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor financial performance; prepare and reforecast annual budgets with accounting.
• Lead end-to-end resident application process: pre-application, screening, final approval/denial.
• Direct on-site team (Leasing Specialist, Service Technicians) and coordinate with maintenance and facilities staff.
• Plan and execute capital improvement strategies (1-, 3-, 5-year) to boost NOI and asset value.
