Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Sherman, TX. You will oversee on-site operations, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

You will develop marketing strategies to maximize occupancy, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain a positive living environment for residents while driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the community including maintenance, budgeting, and leasing.
• Provide superior service to residents and drive renewals.
• Lead and mentor on-site team including leasing and maintenance staff.
• Develop marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure policy compliance.
