Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Aurora. The role focuses on keeping the community market-ready, delivering high levels of service, and leading a cohesive on-site team to maximize performance.

Essential duties include overseeing operations, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, and resident relations, with emphasis on revenue, occupancy, and profitability. A strong background in property management is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Mansioni

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects to improve satisfaction and renewals.
• Lead and develop on-site teams including leasing, service, and maintenance staff.
• Develop marketing programs to drive occupancy and revenue.
