Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in property management or residential operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of property management operations and landlord-tenant laws.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a multifamily community to maintain occupancy and compliance.
• Oversee leasing activities including marketing, applications, move-ins and renewals.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, resident retention, and revenue goals.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, reports, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable affordable housing and housing program requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on asset upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Lead, train, and develop site team members.
