• Prior Property Manager experience within multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a 400+ unit community or a multi-site portfolio totaling 400+ units.
• Strong background in market-rate apartments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for a large multifamily community.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, resident retention, collections, and customer service efforts.
• Supervise onsite leasing, office, maintenance, and grounds staff.
• Develop and coach team members while maintaining accountability for performance.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and property financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute operational and asset strategies.
• Maintain a positive resident experience and strong curb appeal.
