• Excellent communication and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

A well-established owner/operator of multifamily communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large market-rate apartment community in El Paso, TX. The community is performing well, occupancy is healthy, and you'll inherit an experienced onsite team, including a long-tenured Maintenance Supervisor who knows the asset inside and out.
