WMFHA seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large market-rate apartment community in El Paso, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and budget performance with an onsite team.

• Prior Property Manager experience within multifamily housing.

• Experience overseeing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for a large multifamily community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, resident retention, collections, and customer service efforts
• Supervise onsite leasing, office, maintenance, and grounds staff
• Develop and coach team members while maintaining accountability for performance
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and property financial performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
• Partner with regional leadership to execute operational and asset strategies
• Maintain a positive resident experience and strong curb appeal

Overview:

A well-established owner/operator of multifamily communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large market-rate apartment community in El Paso, TX.

This is an opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented organization with a long track record of investing in its properties, promoting from within, and providing strong operational support. The community is performing well, occupancy is healthy, and you'll inherit an experienced onsite team, including a long-tenured Maintenance Supervisor who knows the asset inside and out.

Responsibilities:
