Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily communities. You will focus on delivering excellent resident service while driving revenue growth and profitability.

You will lead a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff, coordinate with the maintenance team on work orders and move-ins, and ensure lease renewals and budgets are managed to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
