Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily apartment communities. You will drive leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, while delivering outstanding resident service and maximizing revenue.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and maintain compliance with company standards and local regulations. A valid driver's license is required and experience in multifamily property management is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Prior property management experience in multifamily settings is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; ability to work with MS Office and property mgmt software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance techs, and admin staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, move-ins, make readiness, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections for standards and regulations compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
