Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Community Manager at Boutique Sites in Boise, ID. You will own the property’s performance end to end, from occupancy and budgets to team leadership and resident experience. Enjoy a zero-cost medical plan, 401(k) match, and housing discount.

You’ll drive leasing, marketing, and retention strategies, manage vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with housing laws while leading a high-performing team on a on-site basis.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
• A real estate license, or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire if your state requires it
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of property management laws and regulations
• A real customer-service mindset and strong communication skills
• A desire to lead, on your team and in your community

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies that drive occupancy and revenue
• Partner with your Regional Manager to set property goals and the plans to reach them
• Own the numbers, including budgets, rent collection, delinquency, and all financial obligations
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports on financials and occupancy
• Lead and develop your team, including maintenance on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and hold service to a high standard
• Walk the property regularly to keep maintenance, curb appeal, and safety standards sharp
• Resolve resident concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally
• Keep accurate records for leases, resident files, financials, and deposit accounting
• Plan resident events and community engagement that make people feel at home
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Equal Employment, safety regulations, and company policy
