Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and meet budgeted goals at a Boise-area property. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident relations, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines

• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques
• Handle resident requests with discretion and resolve issues
• Maintain administrative reporting and documents
• Design and maintain resident retention programs
• Create and implement marketing/advertising concepts for staff
