Job summary

Jrk Residential Group in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a multifamily property with leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, administrative duties, and operational reporting. With two-plus years in multifamily property management, you will work with a Property Manager to lead leasing and maintenance staff, deliver excellent service to residents, employees, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience supervising two or more employees.
• Proficiency with AMSI and Entrata.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and maintenance operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Support revenue management and rent collection.
