Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to provide on-site upkeep for our properties. You will handle routine repairs, assist with occupancy turnovers, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities include landscaping, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with contractors. Prior experience and basic computer skills are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Language skills: read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Reasoning: follow detailed written or oral instructions, solve problems with few variables.
• Computer skills: beginner MS Outlook and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Carry out preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and lawn areas.
